Peter Weber – CEO of the ITA Logistics Group

Peter Weber has more than 25 years of experience in the digitalisation of well-known logistics companies. After serving as Managing Director of ITA from 2005 to 2010, he followed one of ITA's co-founders, Boris Winkelmann, to DPD, where he laid the foundations for digital transformation as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of DPD Deutschland GmbH. Due to his close ties to the Winkelmann family and the ITA business, he returned to ITA in 2023 as Chief Digitalisation Officer and ultimately as CEO. Peter has the success of the ITA Logistics Group at heart and will guide the group's path towards digitalisation and expansion.

Mark Winkelmann – Founder of LetMeShip and member of the Advisory Board

Mark Winkelmann is a seasoned industry leader with a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in the logistics sector. As the Co-Founder of LetMeShip and Board Member of ITA Logistics Group, he has been instrumental in revolutionizing the CEP shipping market through his visionary approach and commitment to price transparency and user-friendly processes.

Founded on the principles outlined in his graduate thesis, LetMeShip has expanded its operations across seven European markets under Mark's leadership. Despite the challenges posed by a declining shipping market, the company has achieved remarkable success, doubling its revenue since 2020 and strategically acquiring ParcelParcel in 2023 to further strengthen its position.

With his deep understanding of the CEP market and a wealth of experience, Mark is now transitioning from operational management to focus on strategic development. He will continue to shape the direction of LetMeShip and the ITA Logistics Group by leveraging his expertise to inspire innovative business decisions and drive future growth.

Aurélien Auvinet – COO of the ITA Logistics Group

Aurélien pursued university studies in transport and logistics and began his career at Geodis as an international freight forwarder, later moving into a field sales role focused on express parcel and freight forwarding services. In 2011, he relocated to Germany, where he continued working as an international freight forwarder. In 2013, Aurélien joined the ITA Group to support the launch of its French subsidiary. In 2017, he returned to France, setting up the subsidiary's French offices in Nantes.

With a strategic outlook and strong management skills, he quickly took on increasing responsibilities, becoming Managing Director of the French subsidiary that same year. In 2020, he was appointed Regional Director for France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and in 2023, he advanced to Director of Group Operations. Since September 2024, he has held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer (COO). Throughout his career, Aurélien has played a key role in developing and structuring the group’s operations.

Martin Schultz – CTO of the ITA Logistics Group

Martin Schultz brings over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including digital media agencies, the gaming industry, telecommunications companies, and multiple startups. He also spent several successful years as an independent developer of mobile apps. In numerous leadership roles, he has contributed valuable expertise and guided teams in implementing innovative projects. His true passion lies in software and product development, where he enthusiastically creates sustainable, forward-looking solutions. Since 2019, Martin has served as CTO of the ITA Logistics Group.

Thomas Ohnhaus – Member of the Advisory Board

Thomas Ohnhaus is a passionate logistics executive with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and fostering high-performance teams. With extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles at DPD Deutschland, Thomas Ohnhaus has a deep understanding of industry dynamics and a talent for translating complex strategies into actionable plans. Their people-oriented approach and strong communication skills make them a valuable asset to any advisory board.

Eric Dietz – Member of the Advisory Board
